Meet Liz Shimbashi

Liz, Client and Vendor Relations Specialist for Forza Real Estate Group, Keller Williams Premier Realty, is an incredibly detail oriented professional and actively involved mom of 2 boys. She dedicates much of her time to volunteering for the boys’ schools and in the community and has an absolute servant’s heart. As an expat family who lived in 5 different countries over the course of 6 years with 19 moves, you can rest assured that Liz not only has your best interest at heart at all times but that she has the knowledge and organizational skills to provide you with a smooth experience every time. Throughout all of the moves, Liz has learned to specialize in both facilitating the process of a real estate transaction for her clients as well as can relate and provide expert tips on the selling and buying experience and expat moves and processes. From the US to Canada, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates and The Netherlands, Liz has learned the ins and outs of several different cultures and utilizes this knowledge to communicate effectively with all of her clients. While they’ve been all around the world, Liz has a deep love for Katy and calls it home – she believes in blooming here you are planted. Real Estate was a natural next step for Liz once they settled back in the States to be able to share her knowledge and to put it to use for her clients. Liz conducts herself through the moral codes of integrity, impeccable ethics, honesty and transparency and never hesitates to go to bat for her clients to ensure their every need is met.
