In the Floodway-there’s a very good chance that your home will flood.

FEMA Zone AE/1% Flood zone-known as the 100 year flood plainThis means that in any given year your home located here has a 1% chance of flooding. Over a 30 year mortgage, the chance is at 26%. Over a 30 year mortgage, the chance is at 6%You will not need a certified Flood Zone Elevation Certificate – you will pay a standard rate based on the packaged policy that fits your value. The yearly cost is minimal, around $250-$500 per year and is due in full.
